Company Information
Amped Electric is a trade name of Amped Industries, LLC, a Florida limited liability company providing residential electrical services in the State of Florida.
All services are performed in accordance with applicable Florida laws, codes, and regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling service, approving an estimate, signing a proposal, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to:
- All service calls
- Estimates and proposals
- Installations and repairs
- Emergency services
- Work performed under Jobber or any service agreement
Scope of Work
All work is limited strictly to the scope described in the approved estimate or proposal.
- Any additional work requested will require separate approval and pricing
- Verbal requests do not modify scope unless documented and approved
- Hidden or unforeseen conditions may require scope adjustments
Amped Electric reserves the right to stop work until revised approval is obtained.
Estimates & Pricing
All pricing is flat-rate, not hourly.
Pricing is based on visible and known conditions at the time of estimate. Estimates may change if:
- Hidden damage is discovered
- Code compliance upgrades are required
- Site conditions differ from initial assumptions
Diagnostic / service call fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward approved work.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Estimates not accepted within that period may be re-priced.
Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service may be billed at rates different from standard service rates. Applicable rates will be communicated before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as follows unless otherwise stated:

Accepted payment methods may include:

Returned or rejected payments (including insufficient funds) may incur a returned-payment fee as permitted under Florida law. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not suspend the customer’s obligation to pay for work performed.
Late Payments & Collections
